Welcome to Kodesha. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kodesha mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws.

4. Nature of the Service
Kodesha is a housing discovery and local services platform. We help users discover rental opportunities, connect with brokers or property owners, and share housing-related information. Kodesha does not own, manage, or control properties and is not a party to agreements entered into between users.
5. Listings, Brokers, and User Content
Users may submit listings, broker information, reviews, ratings, or reports ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Kodesha does not independently verify listings or broker claims and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of User Content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Payments and Transactions
Certain features of the Service may support payments or transaction facilitation. Where enabled, payments are processed by third-party providers. Kodesha does not store sensitive payment credentials and is not responsible for payment disputes between users, brokers, landlords, or service providers.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Posting false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliations
- Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation or security of the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Kodesha and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kodesha makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service or User Content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodesha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or from interactions with other users.
